Large Stylish Newbury Street Studio w/ Kitchen Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Large Stylish Newbury Street Studio w/ Kitchen, you immediately get that “I could actually live here” feeling. This three-star studio sits right in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, and honestly, the location alone makes it worth considering. The space feels more like a well-designed city apartment than a typical hotel room — there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t scream “tourist accommodation.”
The Newbury Street Advantage
You know what’s great about this spot? You’re literally on Newbury Street, which means you can grab coffee at one of those little cafes, browse the boutiques, or just people-watch from your window. I mean, couples absolutely love it here — they’re rating the location 9.6 out of 10, and I get why. The Public Garden is a two-minute walk, the subway stops are right there, and you’re close enough to everything without being in the middle of tourist chaos. Actually, the property scored 9.7 for location, which is pretty impressive when you think about how picky Boston visitors can be.
The Studio Setup
The studio itself is surprisingly spacious for Boston standards. The kitchen is what really sets this place apart — it’s not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. You’ve got actual counter space, a proper stove, and enough room to cook if you want to skip the $30 hotel breakfast routine. The layout flows well, and there’s enough separation between the sleeping area and living space that it doesn’t feel cramped, even if you’re staying for more than a night or two.
Neighborhood Perks
Back Bay is one of those neighborhoods where you can actually feel like a local pretty quickly. There’s a Whole Foods about three blocks away if you want to stock that kitchen, and honestly, some of the best restaurant spots in the city are within walking distance. The brownstone-lined streets give you that classic Boston vibe without the Faneuil Hall tourist crowds. Plus, if you need to get anywhere else in the city, the Green Line stops are super close — though honestly, you might find yourself just staying in the neighborhood most of the time.
Why Guests Love It
The 7.9 rating tells the real story here. People appreciate having actual space to spread out, and that kitchen means you’re not tied to hotel meal schedules or restaurant budgets. It’s particularly great for longer stays or if you’re visiting Boston for something other than the typical tourist circuit. The location score speaks for itself — when couples are rating it nearly perfect for romantic trips, you know you’re in a good spot. It’s not trying to be fancy or over-the-top, just a solid, well-located place where you can settle in and explore one of Boston’s best neighborhoods at your own pace.

Risa from Japan (9/10)
Definitely great location for tourist. Very convenient to everywhere and there is a supermarket right next to the door so you don’t have to worry about carrying heavy stuff like A bottle of water and liquor. We stayed at room 1 which is located on the grand floor. We were lucky because there is no elevator in this building. Given the location and nice neighborhood with cutie shops, restaurants and coffee shops we would definitely like to stay there if we visit Boston again.

Great location, beautiful old building, easy keyless entry, very comfortable bed, great a/c, staff was very responsive and helpful!
The bathroom is quaint, aka…teensy, tiny.
We would definitely recommend and stay again!Lisa from United States (9/10)
The location is excellent! Being in the Back Bay area was great! Staying in the "studio" felt like a true Boston apartment, rather than a hotel. The keyless codes to get into the 3 doors were easy, yet felt secure and safe. The property had everything we needed. We loved having the kitchen!

The location was amazing, close to transit and in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The size of the place was small, perfect for 2 people on a short trip.

Pequeño estudio con todo lo necesario. Está en la zona de Back Bay, barrio muy agradable que se suele visitar en Boston. Además está cerca de la estación de tren.
