Furnished Newbury Street Studio, #6 Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Furnished Newbury Street Studio, #6, you immediately understand why couples give this place perfect location scores. I mean, you’re literally steps from Newbury Street — Boston’s answer to Fifth Avenue — and the energy is infectious. This three-star studio feels more like a friend’s well-appointed city crash pad than a typical hotel room, which honestly works in its favor. The space has that lived-in comfort that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax.

The Heart of Back Bay

You know what’s brilliant about this location? You can walk to the Public Garden in about three minutes, hit the shops on Newbury in even less time, and still feel like you’re in a real neighborhood rather than tourist central. Boston can feel overwhelming when you’re staying in the wrong spot, but Back Bay strikes this perfect balance between accessibility and authenticity. I’ve watched people discover the little cafés tucked between the brownstones, and there’s something magical about having Copley Square practically as your backyard.

The Studio Setup

The studio itself is smartly designed — someone clearly thought about how real people actually live and move through a space. The kitchen area has everything you need for morning coffee or a quick meal, which saves you from the tourist trap breakfast prices nearby (though honestly, the local spots are worth trying at least once). The furnishings feel contemporary without being cold, and there’s enough storage that you won’t be living out of your suitcase. Natural light floods in during the day, making the space feel larger than it actually is.

Neighborhood Rhythms

What I love about staying here is how quickly you fall into the neighborhood rhythm. Morning joggers head toward the Charles River, business folks grab coffee from the corner spots, and by evening, Newbury Street transforms into this buzzing social scene. The location score of 9.8 isn’t just numbers — it reflects how effortlessly you can experience Boston from this base. Whether you’re museum-hopping (the MFA is a quick ride away) or just wandering the historic streets, everything feels accessible without that exhausting tourist hustle.

Why Guests Love It

Couples particularly gravitate toward this place because it offers that rare combination of urban excitement and intimate retreat. You can spend the day exploring — maybe browsing the boutiques, people-watching in the Public Garden, or discovering the hidden gems along Commonwealth Avenue — then return to your own quiet space in the evening. The 8.4 rating reflects what you experience: solid comfort, unbeatable location, and that intangible feeling of being a temporary local rather than just another visitor passing through. It’s the kind of place that makes you start planning your next Boston trip before you’ve even checked out.

Reviews of Furnished Newbury Street Studio, #6

  • Mark from United Kingdom (9/10)

Great location, quality apartment and great value for money.

  • James from United States (9/10)

Clean, functional, everything worked. Location is stellar if you like being in the middle of it all while having some privacy. Nice coffee shops nearby on Newbury Street. Also, there is a Trader Joe's and a Star Market just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, so stocking up on supplies for the kitchen was easy. I didn't go to the pricey-looking specialty grocery next door. Cooking pans, implements, and dishes were plentiful. Dish soap and a fresh sponge were included at the kitchen sink. Climate control works.

  • Oliviero from United States (8/10)

Great location, easy to reach and lots of things to do around. The room was a reasonable size with a small kitchenette and a smaller bathroom. The house is clearly old (uneven floor, old fireplace) but the furniture is modern and everything is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Considering the prices for hotel rooms in downtown Boston, this was a reasonably good deal.

  • Sara from United States (9/10)

Excellent location. Comfortable room. Getting suitcases up the stairs to our room was a bit of a haul.

  • Calvin from United States (9/10)

Loved the place. The building and the neighborhood.
