Cozy Studio on Newbury Street, #1 Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Cozy Studio on Newbury Street, #1 feels like discovering a hidden gem right in the middle of Boston’s most famous shopping district. This three-star property doesn’t try to be something it’s not — it’s a straightforward, well-maintained studio that puts you exactly where you want to be in Boston. The building itself has that classic Back Bay charm, and honestly, the location is so good it almost feels too good to be true.
The Heart of Back Bay
You know what struck me most? You’re literally steps from everything that makes Boston special. Newbury Street stretches out right at your doorstep with its mix of boutiques, cafes, and that perfect urban energy that makes you want to just wander. The Public Garden is a quick stroll away — I mean, we’re talking maybe five minutes on foot. And if you need to get anywhere else in the city, the Green Line stops are so close you’ll barely break a sweat getting there. Couples seem to absolutely love this spot, and after spending time here, I totally get why they rate the location a perfect 10.
The Studio Space
The room itself is exactly what you’d expect from the name — cozy, functional, and smartly designed. It’s not huge, but everything has its place, and the layout actually works really well for a short stay. The kitchenette gives you just enough to handle coffee in the morning or a quick snack without feeling cramped. What I appreciated most was how clean and well-maintained everything felt — you can tell someone actually cares about this place rather than just collecting rent checks.
Exploring the Neighborhood
Being right in Back Bay means you’re surrounded by some of the city’s best architecture and that distinctly Boston mix of old and new. Trinity Church is practically around the corner, and the whole area has this walkable, lived-in feel that tourist districts sometimes lack. I found myself grabbing coffee at different spots each morning just because there were so many good options within a block or two. The Charles River Esplanade is close enough for morning runs, and honestly, you could spend days just exploring the immediate neighborhood without getting bored.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t a fancy hotel with a spa or room service, but that’s not really the point. What you get is a clean, comfortable base in one of Boston’s most desirable neighborhoods at a price that won’t completely destroy your travel budget. The location score of 9.9 isn’t just marketing speak — it’s genuinely that good. Whether you’re here for shopping, exploring the city’s history, or just soaking up that Boston atmosphere, you’ll save time and money on transportation because everything is right there. It’s the kind of place that lets you live like a local for a few days, which is exactly what some trips call for.
Locals suggest to book apartments in Boston around Seaport for rooftop patios, art installations, and ferry commutes.

Reviews of Cozy Studio on Newbury Street, #1
Tom from Ireland (9/10)
I stayed here in May 2019 and returned this time so that is the best possible recommendation. The studio is quiet and comfortable and I love the Backbay location close to Commonwealth Avenue and the Boston Common. Newbury Street is really lovely.
The staff when I needed them were responsive helpful and pleasant.
My time in the studio was wonderful (this is easy when you are in love) and I really enjoyed Boston.Pablo from United States (8/10)

Location is great, there is a lot of cafes and restaurants on the same street, and around. A small grocery store is right next door. Fenway Park is just 18-20 walking distance, parking is close. It was clean, safe, quiet, and had all we needed mostly.
Sahar from Indonesia (9/10)
the location was excellent, closed to every where you need to see, it was in very cool neighborhood with the shops and restaurants.
