  Easy and prompt communication with the landlord. Apartment is convenient for a family of 4 to 6. Very clean and everything you need is availbale in the apartment( eg.ironing board). Comfy beds. Area is safe and some good places to eat around and and affordable. Big supermarket within walking distance. Parking is safe.
