  Really great location, right on buzzling Newbury Street; clean and mostly quiet. Spacious with kitchenette allowing for some independence from the sometimes pricey cafes in the neighborhood. Logan express from/to the airport right around the corner (free from the airport, 3 USD at time of writing to the airport), green metro line as well. Certainly a recommendation (especially Spring to Autumn, see below the downsides), in particular if Back Bay area with all its life, concert halls (e.g., Symphony Hall), Schools (Berklee, Boston Conservatory, Boston U., New England Conservatory, Northeastern U. …) and close-by Fenway Park, Museum of Fine Arts … are on the list to visit.
