  – The location is EXCELLENT. It's located inside the Prudential Mall and right next to Newbury street. You can easily walk to Beacon Hill and all other popular destinations.
  – Rooms were modern and well kept.
  – Daily housekeeping.
  – Free coffee was provided daily.
  – The view from my window was amazing. You could see the river and the entire surrounding buildings. Beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Also at night when it's all lit up.
  – The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Lots of areas to sit and work or enjoy at the lobby.
  – Reception staff was nice enough, some were really helpful whereas some were pretty rude. Depends on who you end up talking to. Housekeeping staff was really nice though.
