Look, I’ve stayed all over Boston, and this location is honestly unbeatable — they’re not kidding about that perfect 10.0 location score. You’re a two-minute walk from some of the city’s best shopping, and the Public Garden is right there when you need a break from the urban buzz. What I really love is how walkable everything is from here. Need coffee? There’s a great spot literally downstairs. Want to hit the Freedom Trail? It’s an easy stroll.

The T station at Arlington is close enough that you don’t need to think twice about getting around the city.

The Studio Space

The room itself is what I’d call efficiently designed — not huge, but every inch works hard. There’s a proper kitchenette with everything you need to make breakfast or heat up leftovers from one of the nearby restaurants. The bed is comfortable enough (I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s decent storage space, which matters when you’re living out of a suitcase.   I rented this for my 18-year old niece while she visited town. She liked the location, said it was easy to find and near everything (including a small grocery store next door, a pharmacy across the street, and many restaurants). She thought the shower was really nice, and she felt secure with the double entrance lock and door lock. There is a lot of closet space, which could be nice if you’re staying for a while.

  It’s my 3rd time staying with Maverick, and I think it says a lot. First, the location is great: all restaurants and shops you can imagine are located on the same street; metro stations, library, river, and parks are a few minutes away!
