  I loved how attentive the staff is. They text you and if you have an issue, they rapidly call to fix it. For example, when I got into my 1st room, I received a text asking how I like the room. I mentioned how our neighbour was loud. They called us on the room’s phone and offered to move us. To our surprise, they moved us to a SUITE! It was amazing!
